Rodney Hyde just phoned me up for a chat. He says he's gonna win Epsom. I hung up on him... he could have at least asked me how my day was.
Who gave Rodney the North Shore directory? |

Thank you Steve Maharey for articulating everything wrong with Labour. In this week's newsletter where he is detailing what is wrong with National, he complains:
It wants a future where people make their own decisions about their own money How dare people want to "make their own decisions about their own money". link |

If it was actually him, you could've taken the time to rub in just how desperate he is for votes and how Act is basically going to implode after the elections and it's all because they rolled Prebble. That would've been good for a laugh. |

It was a recorded message ... at least I think it was.. I dropped the phone as I picked up and fumbled around before saying hello, and that is when he started so he may well have been the real deal.... dunno why he's even bothering with the shore, pre-recorded or not.. seems like a lost venture... maybe the answer was in the message he had for me.

He probably wanted you to write him some theme music.
ROD-NEY! Coming again to save the MUTHAFUCKEN DAY YEAH! And you missed your golden opportunity. |

I'll write him a tune: The Less Than 5 Percent Blues

Oh.
Can you write me a theme song? It can be something like CCS! He'll spit in your eye and punch your cunt! CCS! He'll rob the charity ice cream truck! He's that much of a bastard, he'd poke you in the eyes, a crimefighting superstar and robot in disguise! I dunno, something like that anyway. They're making a cartoon about me and I need some music. I'm also a hero in a half shell. |

uhh What I meant to say is that I like it but my only concern is that it sounds a bit like "he'll poke you in the ass". Although that isn't so far from the truth... Anyways, maybe you can change that in the hard rockin electric guitar reprise. |

Hey, I'm sending the demo to Limozeen. Hopefully they'll adopt the tune for the rock rendition.

he was cruising by the studio. I showed him my new groove and he was so inspired by its freshness that he offered to rap on it. He's so generous with his talent.

and as for the results, hopefully those that want a labour government will vote strategically, preventing a nat. lead government. (ie, vote greens if you feel so inclined else labour)
