ah yes audity goodness.. can't wait for migration.
they just hired a new hot one that's on the nights with me this week - all guys fall over themselves to say hello. suppose attractive co-workers add to a positive working environment. or something. |

oh yes sleep things.. I find that a hot shower makes me sleepy.
also a glass of alcoholic drink usually provides for a nice sleep (just one drink mind you) and a curry night takes me out like a light. though, if left to my own, I just won't wake up. I'll sleep all night, all day, another night, I'll be dozing in and out but never enough to get up until something or someone wakes me up... what's the opposite of insomnia? sleepophilia? |

another thing that puts me to sleep real well is dehydration - no water and shut windows: I can sleep for about 14 hours. In fact, I can't wake up even if I want to.

Mum; GET TO SLEEP YOU LITTLE SHIT!
1/ Think about that awesome time you had with someone like ya Pop or similar, especially a good time from when you were 4 or 5,you'll be out in no time.even if it makes you laugh, that's even better.
Works for me..... Thinking bad stuff(bills, work, relationships)is negative, then you end up stressing. 2/ Fresh lavender under your pillow. 3/ What Flick said

I usually try to empty my mind of any current thoughts and let it fill with random ones, the quicker I do this the quicker I seem to fall asleep and these random thoughts turn into my fucked up dreams
I always find a good bit of excercise that day like mountain biking etc will help me get to sleep quicker at night. And I usually goto bed the around the same time every night so this is what my body is used to - this helps getting to sleep quick. I usually get to sleep within 5 - 30 minutes which is really good for considering it used to take me 1 - 2 hours or more |
