Exchange - global address list modifcation

i think thats the area i'm meant to be looking at.

basicly , in a new msg window, when you click "to" ..how can i modify the contacts and distribution lists that show up here?

i'd like to add a new mailing list, to be selectable here.

where in exchange can i do this? can only seem to add it locally from the client side - under my contacts - i'd like the whole office to have access..

ah ok so i can add lists through here...

but i don't see any of the existing ones, are those all showing up through some active directory setting?

Sounds like he wants to add a Group not remove a user altogether from the GAB.

Create a Universal Distribution group under the primary OU and add members into like you would any other AD group.
