A plate, and 3 screws installed: Approx $18k.

Later, 2/3 screws removed, rope and buttons installed: Approx $11K (Xrays from today)

6 months of physical therapy: Approx $6k (and still counting..)

All started from building an igloo that never got finished, and melted in 4 days.. .. priceless.

Ah, the $35,000 man! We can rebuild him! We can make him better! Stronger! Faster! But we don't want to spend a lot of money...

You got health insurance or what?

It's kind of mind-blowing how much damage it did, and the impact it's had on your life, given the fact that large machinery, drops from a great height, falling heavy objects, angry cattle, etc. weren't involved. It was such a benign situation. It's a bit scary.

I turned my ankle in Melbourne seven years ago, and snapped a tendon, and thought I was really unfortunate (physio, pain, inconvenience, etc). No longer!

Nah, you're employing the crocos technique. "Look, I'm deliberately misunderstanding what you are saying! Here is my hilarious response! Do you appreciate how utterly clever it is? Please love my jokes! WHO'S ON FIRST! hahahahaha!!!"

abso-fucking-lutly, ChiQ!
This was simply walking around a corner, and slipping on a 50c sized peice of ice. break the leg, dislocated the ankle, and snap the ligaments. GG winter!
i do have bad bones though - diagnosed with arthritis when 17, bad back and told i couldnt play any more Rubgy when i was 15...
my ankle had been SOOOOO close to this before... but all those time it snapped back into place. that tiny peice of ice was all it took to send it over the edge!
now im gonna be Paranoid... just walking!.. it certainly makes ya think..

and now this shit is no longer the biggest news of my day....
man how life can change so quickly!... wow.

Quint, I know you're a bit slow, I'm going to be very clear about this. I don't intentionally misunderstand anyone. Not for a lame joke; not for an insult.

Partially correct. The CCS technique is the same as the Crocos technique, except you have hair when you do the CCS technique. Crocos technique is only performed bald.
