Media issues.
When I load a on screen video, eg utube. the sound works fine but the video comes up green and blotchy and has no relevance to any actual video.
Codec issues? Anyone know of a good codec pac for WMP10 with winXP? Thank you |

yes, that's a codec issue. check add/remove programs for any codecs you've added. either remove them all or one by one till your problem goes away.
im not a fan of codec packs. i prefer to install a single required codec as needed. in your case that means uninstalling all of them then installing them as needed and as requested by gspot. gspot will list your installed codecs. in the past i've had to go through that list and delete them all (windows will repair any that are needed) to solve some issues. brutal but worked

FFDShow for the grand prize here.
Install that, then there is precious little else you need to install. |
