What *would* you do for a living?
In the same tradition as "who's the ugliest person in the world" and "who's the hottest person in the world" threads, comes the sequel to this thread
What would you do for a living, having the knowledge you have now from your current job? |

My current job doesn't give me the skills to do what I WOULD be doing (which is also, coincidentally, what I PLAN to be doing).
I'm going to become a life coach. My job as sysadmin doesn't help me do that, it's everything else I've been doing outside of IT over the years that has helped me move forward with life coaching. |

I'm pretty much with you on the "Nothing" front.
There's nothing quite like IT to rekindle ones hatred of humanity. |

I would have my own business, and surround myself with scantily clad hot chicks, and make the corporate uniform something along the lines of a Princess Leia Gold Bra outfit, and the business would do stuff, that people wanted, so they'd give us money.
Hmm - maybe I'd be a pimp? |

I would really love to own custom car/bike shop, something along the lines of westcoast choppers. That would be the shit.

I'd be a writer.
Wife would go out and work, I'd look after the kids and write epic novels... mostly about random sexual adventures. Seriously though, I'd write. |

I wouldn't have spent five years and over 20k of my father's money by going to university.
I would have done a beauty therapist course (or whatever the hell they're called) and I'd be working in one of the duty free cosmetic counters in one of the world's biggest international airports (I really like airports). I mean, I love history, and I've loved studying. But I've only realised this year that I don't want to work in an office, and I don't want to become an historian. Snake, you want to be a life coach, help me! |
