Your analogy is not perfect. Stepping on a nail is more or less guaranteed to hurt and there is little about the event which is likely to provide any pleasure. (Unless maybe you had a REALLY bad itch where the nail went through, then maybe you could argue it provided pleasure in a way).

Anal sex, on the other hand, is a (slightly) different story.
The actual act you do all the time, just in a different oriface.

Thing is though I didn't presume you to be sexually underdeveloped. What I am suggesting to you is that views change over time as a result of experience. The more experience over different types of partners will probably result in changing views.
