Oh .. Who would that be? I can pretty much assure you that if you walked up to anyone of color and called them that , you could pretty much bet the house on offending them.

Rappers saying it? in the movies? In some parts of america the word is used like we use ' bro ' or whatever but you wont catch anyone white saying it.
The word is born out of hate , fear , racisum and bigtory ... I cant see any reason why it needs to be used.
